Antonio is a motivator of others and an active member of the community always moving forward in mentoring youth to help spread the “It takes a village” concept. Antonio is a 27-year retired law enforcement captain that has directed, trained and managed numerous staff ensuring departmental policies and procedures were enforced. Antonio has also served in the United State Army for 8 years, serving two tours of duties in various countries.

As a mentor and trainer, Antonio has worked collaboratively in workgroups, committees, and local subcommittees to develop procedures and training modules necessary to activate and run daily operations. Antonio was deeply involved in Peer Support Programs which were established to ensure staff involved in critical incidents are provided with intervention and available resources to cope with the immediate effects of a traumatic incident. Antonio is the Founder/Co-Founder of 100 Professional Men of the Central Valley, which was developed to place focus on mentoring underprivileged youth and others to inspire change in our community.

Antonio is happily married and the father of four and grandfather of two. Fishing, sports and the love of helping others is Antonio’s passion. Antonio attended some college while in the military and during his career has received various awards and training certificates dealing with a wide range of topics. Antonio is proud to finally say he is a published author. An author that can impact others with a positive purpose.
